Blake Thomas, FNP-C 

Blake Thomas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specially trained in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using a variety of advanced injection techniques for neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Blake entered the medical field in May of 2008 as a Registered Nurse and continued her nursing career in cardiopulmonary step-down and hospice services. She received her master’s degree in nursing in 2014 and entered her role as a nurse practitioner at a pulmonary and sleep specialty clinic, where she spent an additional six years. She also had a love for hospice and cared for hospice patients for 13 years.

She became advanced certified in injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers in March of 2020. She continues to travel all over the US training with the most elite injectors in the industry. Blake has been recognized as a clinical expert in Revanesse Versa and Revanesse Lips making her the first and only Prollenium US Trainer in MS.

The vision of Self-Aesthetics was born and created with a mission to help others improve their self-confidence and self-love. “We all deserve to love what we see in the mirror,” she explains. “I truly believe that self-care and self-love make us better humans.”

Blake believes educating patients and establishing a good relationship with each other sets the stage for the best injectable experience.
She values continuous training to stay updated on the latest injection techniques and safety practices to accomplish optimal patient outcomes. She believes in a personalized treatment plan, combined with her meticulous aesthetic eye, for each patient helps achieve natural, rejuvenated aesthetic results.

While Blake has always felt very passionate about caring for her sick patients, the world of aesthetics opened her eyes to a new way of helping others. “I always thought aesthetics would be a dream job for me,” she said. “Now, that dream is my reality and so much more!”

Molly Scott

Molly Scott is a Tupelo native that has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, extensive training in medical aesthetics and medical grade skin care. Molly’s promise is to bring her clients the best in services, products, and personal experience. Molly’s services include customized Zein Obagi skincare,  Micro-needling/Nano-needling, Medical Grade chemical peels and Luxury Facials. Lash Services including lash lift, lash extensions, and lash tinting, Body Waxing, among other services! Molly believes that self love is not selfish but instead rewarding in so many ways. 
 
Molly and her husband Cody enjoy spending time with their family camping, boating, fishing and being outdoors. Together, they have 4 children. 
Haley Hardin, NP-c Biography

Haley Hardin, NP-C Biography

Haley Hardin is a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Women’s Health. Haley began her love for aesthetics back in 2017 when she received her certifications in both Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers. Since then, Haley has continuously enhanced her knowledge and techniques in these areas through classes and private trainings. Haley specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using a variety of advanced injection techniques for both dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and beautiful while achieving natural looking results.

Haley entered the medical field in 2010 as a Registered Nurse graduating from Mississippi University for Women. She continued her career by joining North Mississippi Medical Center and working on the Stroke Unit, followed by the Neurology clinic, and then working in Home Health. Haley chose to further her nursing career and achieved her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2015 from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then entered her role as a Nurse Practitioner working in OBGYN for 2 years before entering the aesthetic world full time.

Haley is married to Brandon Hardin and her office is located at 103 W Washington Street, Houston, MS 38851. They have two precious twin boys named Sam and Sutton. Haley loves spending time with her family and is constantly busy running after their boys. Haley is a member of New Century Club whose mission is to raise money and provide support to women with breast cancer and to other people in their community fighting different types of illnesses. She and her family attend First Baptist Church in Houston, MS where they are active. They also have three fur babies Bruno, Lola, and Bailey.

Candyce Little, FNP

Candyce Little is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specially trained in advanced non-surgical facial aesthetics. She has a unique love for aesthetics and is specialized in services to revitalize collagen, improve skin complexion, and texture. Her services also improve skin laxity, cellulite, stretch marks, and scars. Her goal is to help everyone achieve beautiful, natural results and increased confidence.

Candyce graduated from Itawamba Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2006. She then graduated from Mississippi University for Women in 2012 with her Bachelor’s Of Science in Nursing degree. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with her Master’s of Science in Nursing, specializing as Family Nurse Practitioner.

She has worked for the Cardiothoracic Vascular surgery service line at NMMC since 2006 as an RN and transitioned into her role as a nurse practitioner for CV surgery in 2016.

Candyce and her husband, Jon, live in Tupelo with their two fur babies, Myla and Liv.

Ali Read, FNP-C

Ali Read is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specially trained in advanced non-surgical facial aesthetics, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, radiofrequency microneedling, and PRP treatments. Ali, FNP-C’s services focus on revitalizing collagen, improving skin complexion, and texture.

She enjoys helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin .

Ali entered the medical field as a registered nurse in May of 2017. She has a background in emergency and critical care nursing. Ali obtained Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of North Alabama in 2023. Ali, an Iuka native, resides in Fulton with her husband, Joe Read, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Haylee Brannigan

Haylee Brannigan is a Pontotoc native. A high school graduate from North Pontotoc and a graduated from North Pontotoc High School and studied Esthetics at Dynasty College. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and the outdoors! Haylee enjoys serving all of you beautiful ladies and making each and everyone beautiful in their own skin!

Zoe Lovern

Zoe Lovern is a 2020 graduate of Tupelo High School, who continued her education in Memphis, Tn at Gould’s Academy. She is licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee but is a Tupelo native at heart. Zoe’s love for skin began in high school and she didn’t waste anytime getting her career started. She specializes in all things eyelashes, facial treatments, peels, and medical grade skincare regimes. Most importantly she loves creating meaningful, honest, and lifelong relationships with her clients!

Ali Read, RN

Ali Read, RN assists our Nurse Practitioners with various aesthetic procedures and runs our IV services!

Ali entered the medical field as a registered nurse in May of 2017. She has a background in emergency and critical care nursing. Ali has always had a love for aesthetics. She enjoys helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. Ali is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of North Alabama and will graduate in the summer of 2023.

Ali, an Iuka native, resides in Fulton with her husband, Joe Read, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Cassie Stark, Patient Coordinator 

Cassie is our beautiful patient coordinator. She makes everyone feel welcome and assists with multiple aspects of patient care and support.  

She is married to her husband Justin and is a wonderful mother to two boys, Graceyne and John-Luke, as well as two fur babies. 

Cassie loves fashion, working out, and spending time with friends & family.

Brooke Orsborn, Manager

Brooke wears many hats but most of all, she keeps our clinic running smoothly! Brooke is one of the friendly faces or voice on the phone that will help you book your next appointment. 

Brooke is married to her husband, Chris, going on 20 years! They have two children, Kateland & Cohen, as well as two grandchildren, Ada and Wilder.

Brooke loves going to concerts & the beach but most importantly spending time with family!

Gracie Hancock, MD

Mary Grace “Gracie”, MD

Mary Grace “Gracie” Hancock, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and graduated internal medicine residency in 2018. During residency, she met her husband, Michael, who is also an internal medicine physician. Following graduation, they moved to Booneville, MS to work alongside her father, Laurence Dennis, MD, at his internal medicine practice. Dr. Hancock is passionate about broadening her patients’ understanding of their medical issues and providing them with the tools and motivation to improve their health. She is excited to be joining the Self Aesthetics team and to play a role in our collective goal of helping our clients become the best versions of themselves.
