With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Blake’s career began in 2008 as a Registered Nurse, working in both cardiopulmonary care and hospice services. After earning her master’s degree in 2014, she served as a Nurse Practitioner in pulmonary and sleep medicine. Her extensive background in patient care has shaped her compassionate and results-driven approach to aesthetics.
In 2020, Blake became advanced certified in injectables, and her ongoing training with industry leaders ensures she stays ahead of not only the competition but also the latest trends. She was recently invited to teach at Aesthetic Next, a major aesthetics conference held in Dallas, TX, where she led workshops on growing your medspa and injectable techniques for natural results. Blake is also Mississippi’s first and only Prollenium US Trainer for Revanesse Versa and Revanesse Lips.
Blake founded Vibe Aesthetics and Wellness in Tupelo with a mission to enhance self-confidence and self-care through personalized aesthetic treatments that deliver natural results that leave people guessing. She approaches each client as if she is the one in the chair.

Candyce Little, FNP
Candyce Little is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in advanced non-surgical facial aesthetics. With a deep passion for aesthetics, she excels in treatments revitalizing collagen, reducing uneven skin tone and texture, and addressing concerns like skin laxity, cellulite, stretch marks, and scars. She aims to help clients achieve beautiful, natural results while boosting their confidence.
Candyce earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Itawamba Community College in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2012. In 2016, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Since 2006, Candyce has worked with the Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery service line at NMMC, transitioning to a nurse practitioner role in 2016.
Outside the office, Candyce enjoys life in Tupelo with her husband, Jon, and their two beloved fur babies, Myla and Ellie.

Her services also improve skin laxity, cellulite, stretch marks, and scars. Her goal is to help everyone achieve beautiful, natural results and increased confidence.
Candyce graduated from Itawamba Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2006. She then graduated from Mississippi University for Women in 2012 with her Bachelor’s Of Science in Nursing degree. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with her Master’s of Science in Nursing, specializing as Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has worked for the Cardiothoracic Vascular surgery service line at NMMC since 2006 as an RN and transitioned into her role as a nurse practitioner for CV surgery in 2016.
Candyce and her husband, Jon, live in Tupelo with their two fur babies, Myla and Liv.
Ali Read, FNP-C
Ali Read is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specially trained in advanced non-surgical facial aesthetics, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, radiofrequency microneedling, and PRP treatments. Ali, FNP-C’s services focus on revitalizing collagen, improving skin complexion, and texture.
She enjoys helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin .
Ali entered the medical field as a registered nurse in May of 2017. She has a background in emergency and critical care nursing. Ali obtained Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of North Alabama in 2023. Ali, an Iuka native, resides in Fulton with her husband, Joe Read, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Cassie Stark, Patient Coordinator
Cassie is our beautiful patient coordinator. She makes everyone feel welcome and assists with multiple aspects of patient care and support.
She is married to her husband Justin and is a wonderful mother to two boys, Graceyne and John-Luke, as well as two fur babies.
Cassie loves fashion, working out, and spending time with friends & family.
Brooke Orsborn, Manager
Brooke is the heart of our clinic, ensuring every patient is well taken care of behind the scenes. Whether you’re calling to schedule an appointment or visiting us in person, Brooke’s warm smile and friendly voice are here to help. Married to her husband Chris for over 20 years, she cherishes family time with their two children, Kateland and Cohen, and adores being a grandmother to Ada, Wilder, and Hardy Kate. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her enjoying concerts, relaxing at the beach, or making memories with her loved ones.
Brooke wears many hats but most of all, she keeps our clinic running smoothly! Brooke is one of the friendly faces or voice on the phone that will help you book your next appointment.
Brooke is married to her husband, Chris, going on 20 years! They have two children, Kateland & Cohen, as well as two grandchildren, Ada and Wilder.
Brooke loves going to concerts & the beach but most importantly spending time with family!
Gracie Hancock, MD
Mary Grace “Gracie” Hancock, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and graduated internal medicine residency in 2018. During residency, she met her husband, Michael, who is also an internal medicine physician. Following graduation, they moved to Booneville, MS to work alongside her father, Laurence Dennis, MD, at his internal medicine practice. Dr. Hancock is passionate about broadening her patients’ understanding of their medical issues and providing them with the tools and motivation to improve their health. She is excited to be joining the VIBE Aesthetics and Wellness team and to play a role in our collective goal of helping our clients become the best versions of themselves.
Franni Childress
Franni is an essential part of our clinic. She wears many hats, with a smile, to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her primary role involves greeting and prepping patients and assisting injectors with treatments. No matter the task, Franni is always ready to step in wherever needed. Whether it’s handling office management tasks or filling in at the front desk, she always steps up to ensure everything works together seamlessly.
With over a decade of experience in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), she brings expertise and dedication to everything she does.
At home, Franni stays just as busy, raising two active kids, Kade and Hadley, with her husband of over ten years, Casey. They share their home with four lovable Goldendoodles, adding even more fun to the mix.
Erica Parra, RN
Erica has been in the medical field for over 20 years, beginning her career as an RN in 2003 with a background in cardiovascular care. After transitioning to aesthetics, she found her true passion. Erica met Blake when Blake was just starting out as a nurse, and has loved watching her grow into the powerhouse she is today.
Specializing in laser treatments, Erica is dedicated to keeping clients summer-ready all year long. She’s also one of the friendly faces who helps prep clients for various treatments.
Erica and her husband, Shaun, have been married for over twenty years. When she is not working, she and her husband raise and show prized Saint Bernards. They also share their love for their family with their three children—Tanner, Tayten, and Lance—and seven grandbabies.
Sara Trent
Sara is our in-house marketing and events girl. With a decade of experience running a marketing consulting business, she’s worked with both major and local brands on projects and UGC content. You’ll often spot her running around with a camera (so if you’re wanting to be featured on our socials or website, Sara’s the one to grab) or tucked away editing in the office. You may even catch her out and about representing our clinic. If you send us a DM, chances are you’ll be chatting with Sara—unless your question needs input from one of our NPs. We know it’s nice to put a face to the person behind the messages!
Sara is also a proud military wife, married to her husband, Ty, for nearly ten years. Together, they have a five-year-old daughter, Eden, who keeps them busy when she isn’t at the clinic

Blake Thomas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specially trained in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using a variety of advanced injection techniques for neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Blake entered the medical field in May of 2008 as a Registered Nurse and continued her nursing career in cardiopulmonary step-down and hospice services. She received her master’s degree in nursing in 2014 and entered her role as a nurse practitioner at a pulmonary and sleep specialty clinic, where she spent an additional six years. She also has a love for hospice and has cared for hospice patients since 2010.
While Blake has always felt very passionate about caring for her sick patients, the world of aesthetics opened her eyes to a new way of helping others. “I always thought aesthetics would be a dream job for me,” she said. “Now, that dream is my reality and so much more!”
She became advanced certified in neuromodulators and dermal fillers in March of 2020. She has continued to attend numerous training throughout her aesthetic career. The vision of Self-Aesthetics was born and created with a mission to help others improve their self-confidence and self-love. “We all deserve to love what we see in the mirror,” she explains. “I truly believe that self-care and self-love make us better humans.”
Blake believes educating patients and establishing a good relationship with each other sets the stage for the best injectable experience.
She values continuous training to stay updated on the latest injection techniques and safety practices to accomplish optimal patient outcomes. She believes in a personalized treatment plan, combined with her meticulous aesthetic eye, for each patient helps achieve natural, rejuvenated aesthetic results.
