Membership pricing applies only while the membership is active and in good financial standing.
Membership pricing:
Cannot be transferred to another person.
Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupons, or special pricing unless specifically approved by VIBE.
Applies only to qualifying services determined by VIBE.
All treatments remain subject to consultation, medical assessment, contraindications, and provider approval.
VIBE reserves the right to modify membership benefits, eligible products, or membership pricing.
Membership may be canceled at any time.
Membership benefits remain available through the member’s paid membership period, provided the account remains in good standing.
Previously paid membership fees are non-refundable, including months in which the member does not receive treatment.
If a membership is canceled and the patient later chooses to re-enroll, enrollment will be subject to the membership pricing, terms, and availability in effect at that time.
The membership provides access to the applicable TOX Day member pricing available at the time of treatment.
The patient understands that the number of units recommended and the total treatment cost will vary depending on treatment area, individual anatomy, treatment goals, product selected, and provider recommendation.
